Christingle
At the end of November we move into the season of Advent, which helps us to prepare
for the move from darkness to light. Where there was despair, there can now be hope, in
the person of Jesus Christ. We prepare for the coming of the Light of Christ, and as
part of this, our first Sunday in December will be when we hold our Christingle
services, lighting candles on specially decorated oranges. Do put Sunday 4th December
in your diaries and come along to support the work of the Children’s Society, which
promotes Christingle.
